Frequently asked questions
Does it track where my team is?
No. VioTrade records when someone starts and finishes a job, not where they are during the day.
Can I run payroll from it?
VioTrade gives you timesheets with hours and pay rates that you can download for your payroll or accountant. It does not run payroll itself.
What happens to a leaver's booked work?
You choose before they go: give it all to one person, share it out, leave it unassigned for you, or pause their regular customers. It happens on their leaving date, and their history stays on every job.
Can my team see what customers pay?
Only if you let them. Prices and customer contact details can be hidden per person, so a new starter sees the job and the address but not the price.
Is it extra?
No. Staff management is part of the one VioTrade plan, with no add-on to buy.
