Sound familiar?
- Ordering materials by WhatsApp and forgetting which job they were for
- No paper trail when a supplier delivers the wrong parts or misses items
- Margins go missing because material costs never get linked back to the job
- Re-keying every supplier order into Xero at the end of the month

Why tradespeople choose VioTrade

Link every PO to a job
Pick a job, pick a supplier, add items from your catalogue. VioTrade tracks exactly what was ordered for which job.
Auto-create expense for margin tracking
When a PO is created, an expense is automatically logged against the job. Your job profit updates in real time so you never wonder if a job actually made money.
Mark received, track outstanding
Tick items off as they arrive. See every outstanding delivery at a glance so nothing holds up a job.
Product catalogue with suppliers
Save your standard materials with cost prices and preferred suppliers. Build a PO in seconds by ticking items from the catalogue.
Auto-sync to Xero
Every received PO syncs to Xero as a bill against the right supplier, with the correct UK tax codes. Your accountant gets clean data, no re-keying.
How it works
Pick a job and a supplier
Open the job, tap New Purchase Order, choose the supplier and start adding items. Pull items straight from your saved product catalogue.
Send the PO to your supplier
Generate a branded PDF and email it straight to the supplier from the app. The PO is automatically logged as an expense on the job.
Mark received and reconcile
When the materials arrive, tick the items off. The PO syncs to Xero as a supplier bill, and the job's real material cost is locked in.
Built for UK trades. Mix VAT rates per line (20%, 5%, 0% or exempt), include delivery addresses, set net payment terms and sync straight to Xero with the right UK tax codes applied automatically.
“We used to find out a job had lost money two months after it finished, when the supplier invoice showed up. Now the cost is on the job the day I order. Game changer.”
