Can one customer have more than one asset at the same address?
Yes. Each asset is its own record, so a pool and a hot tub, or two boilers in one building, keep separate histories, readings and service dates.
What if the equipment I service is not listed?
Add it from our library of asset types, or create your own type and choose the details and readings it records - number, text, yes/no, choice list or date fields.
Do my field engineers see all my customers' assets?
No. Engineers only see the assets on jobs assigned to them, and can take readings on those jobs. Owners and admins see and manage everything.
Does it work on the mobile app?
Yes. Add and edit assets, take readings, add photos and issue certificates against an asset on your phone, with or without signal.
