What is VioTrade?
VioTrade replaces the WhatsApp threads, email chains, spreadsheets, and notes apps you currently juggle. It's an AI-powered business platform built for UK sole traders and small trade businesses. It combines a Voice Agent, website builder, lead capture CRM, job management, quotes and invoicing, calendar, expense tracking with receipt scanning, RAMS document generation, and accounting reports - all in one subscription.
Who is VioTrade for?
VioTrade is designed for self-employed tradespeople in the UK - plumbers, electricians, builders, roofers, gas engineers, landscapers, painters, decorators, gutter cleaners, and any sole trader or small trade business that needs professional business management tools without the complexity or cost of enterprise software.
What are the plans and how much does VioTrade cost?
There are three plans. Website Pro at £14.99/month gives you the AI website builder, lead capture, and CRM. Business Pro at £29.99/month adds full quoting, invoicing, expense tracking, job management, calendar, and the AI Voice Agent. All Inclusive at £39.99/month adds RAMS documents, accounting reports (VAT and P&L), and priority support. All plans include a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. Yearly billing saves you the equivalent of two months.
What is the AI Voice Agent?
The Voice Agent lets you manage your business by speaking to the mobile app - no typing required. Say things like "Quote Dave three-fifty for a fuse board" or "Log 65 quid on materials at Screwfix today" and the AI creates the quote, expense, job, invoice, or calendar event for you. You can also say "Hey Zoro" to activate it hands-free. It understands trade lingo, handles follow-up questions, and can perform multiple actions in one go.
What does the website builder include?
The AI website builder creates a professional trade website for you in minutes. Just answer a few questions about your business and the AI generates the copy, layout, and structure. You get a custom domain (or connect your own), a contact form that feeds directly into your CRM, a photo gallery from your job photos, and automatic SEO setup. No coding or design experience needed.
Does VioTrade handle VAT?
Yes. VioTrade supports multi-rate VAT (20%, 5%, and 0%) on all invoices and quotes. If you are VAT registered, your VAT number appears on every document and VAT is calculated automatically. The accounting section generates quarterly VAT summary reports showing your output VAT (from sales) and input VAT (from expenses) so you can see exactly what you owe. You can also export Xero-compatible CSV files with full VAT breakdowns for your accountant.
What are RAMS documents and does VioTrade generate them?
RAMS stands for Risk Assessment and Method Statement - a legal requirement for most construction and trade work in the UK under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations. VioTrade generates professional RAMS documents using AI. You select your trade and the type of work, and the AI produces a full risk assessment with hazard identification, control measures, PPE requirements, and a method statement. You can edit, save, and email them directly to clients or principal contractors.
Can I track jobs and projects?
Yes. The job management feature lets you track work from quote to payment. Add notes, capture before-and-after photos to build a portfolio of your work, generate invoices from your job notes using AI, and email photos and documents directly to your customers. Jobs link to your quotes, invoices, and calendar appointments so everything stays connected.
Can I add team members or employees?
Yes. You can invite additional users to your account at £10/month per extra seat. Team members can be given different roles - admin or field worker - with field workers having limited access to just the tools they need. The Business Pro and All Inclusive plans support team members.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. We offer a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. You get full access to all features included in your chosen plan during the trial. You will not be charged anything unless you choose to continue after the trial ends.
Can I use VioTrade on my phone?
Yes. The mobile app is available for iOS (iPhone and iPad) and Android. You can use the AI Voice Agent, manage leads, track jobs, send quotes, create invoices, schedule appointments, track expenses, scan receipts, and generate RAMS documents - all from your phone.
Do I need any technical skills?
Not at all. The AI generates your website, scans receipts, creates RAMS documents, and writes invoices from job notes. The Voice Agent means you can manage your business without typing anything. If you can use a smartphone, you can use VioTrade.
Is my business data secure?
Yes. VioTrade is fully GDPR compliant and built to UK data protection standards. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Your business data - including customer details, invoices, and photos - is stored securely and never shared with third parties. You can export or delete all your data at any time from your account settings.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. You can choose monthly or yearly billing. Yearly plans save you the equivalent of two months compared to paying monthly.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard billing settings. Your account remains active until the end of your current billing period and you will not be charged again after that.
