Will I lose any of my data if I switch?
No. You bring your contacts, jobs, quotes and invoices across, and you keep your originals from your old tool too. We recommend exporting your invoices and quotes as PDFs before you cancel, so you always have a permanent copy.
Which tools can I import from?
Any tool that lets you export a CSV - Tradify, Jobber, ServiceM8, Powered Now, Commusoft, simPRO, Joblogic, or even a plain spreadsheet. Our AI maps the columns, so you do not need a specific format.
Do I have to format my spreadsheet a certain way?
No. Upload your file as-is. VioTrade reads your headings and a few sample rows and works out which column is which - dates, amounts and statuses included. You review the mapping before anything is saved.
What happens to my old quotes and invoices?
They come in as historical records so you do not lose them, clearly marked as Imported. They are deliberately left out of your financial reports (profit & loss, VAT) and never trigger automatic reminders to your clients - so your new VioTrade accounts stay accurate and your customers are never emailed about old invoices.
